Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once accepted by our team via phone, WhatsApp or the website. Final fares depend on vehicle class, distance, waiting time and season.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 6 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 6 hours may incur a dispatch fee.

Liability

We maintain full insurance on all vehicles. Passengers are responsible for personal belongings during transit.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
